Principal architect of AKA, Abdullah Khan has been elected as chairman of Institute of Architects, Pakistan – Rawalpindi / Islamabad Chapter as of August 2023

We are proud to announce that AKA has recently been commissioned to design university campus on 125 kanal of land in outskirts of Islamabad

All contractors are hereby invited to bid for the project.

AKA is proud to share its first international project Cancer Control Center in Aliabad Hospital, Kabul.

The approx 4000 sqm complex will provide state of the art diagnostic and treatment services to cancer patients. funded by the Ministry of higher education, Shaharwand Engineering & Construction services is collaborating with AKA to deliver this humanitarian project to the people of Kabul and greater Afghanistan. We would like to extend our gratitude to SECC for involving us in this prestigious project.

AKA nominated as Project Managers for The Mall. Located in Saddar, Rawalpindi, the city’s first mall offers 3 floors of parking, 75,000 sft of retail and over 150,000 sft of commercial office space. This one of a kind mixed use project will be a forerunner in changing the image of Saddar as the commercial capital of Rawalpindi.

We are delighted to announce that AKA has recently secured a design commission. Project scope includes 150,000sft of residential living space and associated amenities. The apartment complex houses 50 2 bed & 3 bed apartments with a pool and penthouse level and 2 levels of landscape activities.
