AKA was featured in DS Architecture and Lifestyle Magazine, showcasing the Philippines Embassy, the Asian Pacific Property Award winner for 2019.

Abdullah Khan Architects was awarded the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-2020 for The Embassy of Philippines in the category of Office Architecture in Pakistan. The project consists of a chancery, the ambassador’s residence, staff accommodation and recreational area. The design takes inspiration from the rice terraces in Banaue, Philippines and revolves around their culture while incorporating sustainable and passive strategies such as courtyards and cantilevers.
