The objective challenge at hand is achieving an optimum interior workplace for a commercial performer like Turkish Airlines. We used indoor quality performance indicators from an occupants perspective; covering indoor air quality and air movement, spatial comfort, noise distraction and privacy, connection to outdoor environment, building image and maintenance, individual space, thermal comfort, visual comfort, and health and productivity. We believe a performance based design has a tangible impact on the people experiencing the environment we create. We’re delighted that we are supporting Turkish Airlines employees to work more collaboratively and flexibly, with greater focus and with stronger performance and well being outcomes.
