The process to send and receive summaries still continues for the composition of a commission to revise the master plan of Islamabad as another summary has been sent by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to the federal government for approval.

Abdullah Khan Architects was awarded the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-2020 for The Embassy of Philippines in the category of Office Architecture in Pakistan. The project consists of a chancery, the ambassador’s residence, staff accommodation and recreational area. The design takes inspiration from the rice terraces in Banaue, Philippines and revolves around their culture while incorporating sustainable and passive strategies such as courtyards and cantilevers.

The approx 4000 sqm complex will provide state of the art diagnostic and treatment services to cancer patients. funded by the Ministry of higher education, Shaharwand Engineering & Construction services is collaborating with AKA to deliver this humanitarian project to the people of Kabul and greater Afghanistan. We are delighted to announce that AKA has recently secured a design commission. Project scope includes 150,000sft of residential living space and associated amenities. The apartment complex houses 50 2 bed & 3 bed apartments with a pool and penthouse level and 2 levels of landscape activities.

Sustainable Energy Efficient Housing
